Single sessions for what's alive right now, or a longer arc for sustained work. Start wherever feels right.

If you're not sure what you need yet, one session is a good place to begin. If you're curious whether a longer arc is a fit, a complimentary 15-minute call is a low-stakes way to find out.
One 60-minute session — somatic intuition, energy work — virtual or phone. Bring something you've been carrying for a while, or come spontaneously with nothing at all — I'll work with whatever's present.
Also available as a 30-minute session ($50 USD). Written sessions are paused until mid-November, except for pre-paid package sessions. See all lengths on the Booking page.
Stay with what's changing.
Some things open in a single session, but keep unfolding afterward. A familiar response returns. Something new becomes noticeable in your body. This Arc gives us six to seven weeks to stay with one thread as it moves.
I set aside time between our meetings to write integration notes shaped by each session and to respond to brief email check-ins. What comes up during the week can become part of our work together. We begin with two spacious sessions, return for four focused meetings, and finish by gathering what has changed and what you want to carry forward.
The seven live sessions include 4.5 hours of direct one-on-one time:
Between Sessions (Holding the Thread)
The Arc also includes approximately 4–5 hours of off-session support. Each session is followed by written integration notes, so you can stay oriented with what's unfolding. Brief email check-ins are available between sessions for clarification, or simply to keep the thread open as things continue to shift.
If you're weighing which option fits, a short call is the easiest way to find out — no obligation either way.

Some gatherings are publicly offered, while private small-group experiences can also be arranged for a particular group, community, or occasion.
